‘Seven’ is the second single of the album ‘Thoughts’, and it symbolizes the seven deadly sins often depicted as a warning of the path to destruction. Each sin represents a facet of humanity's darker nature and yet, there is a certain beauty in the way these sins are portrayed in this song as they remind us of our humanity's imperfection and how it is up to us to strive towards a better version of ourselves. They also serve as a reminder that we are all flawed and capable of both good and evil, and that it is our choices that will ultimately shape our fate.

The album artwork has been created through a beautiful painting done by Man Tse Ling where there is a representation of the seven colors of sins and also the hand of a creator. The song, with an experimental tone, features a ostinato passage on the acoustic, electric guitar and bass, an electric bassoon solo, a choir, and drums complementing the theme of the music. A huge thank you also goes to Ricardo Silva for his skillful and creative input in both drumming and producing. I hope you enjoy listening to it.
